How to order
- 1Open Configure and pick 128GB or 256GB. The datacenter is Tokyo, Japan.
- 2Add disks, bandwidth, extra IPv4, and an OS. The right column shows the monthly rate and due this term.
- 3Choose a payment method and pay. You do not have to register first. Sign in after you pay to open the console.
Where to find the server after you pay
Payment returns you to the configurator. If you do not have an account yet, register or sign in. A guest identifier in this browser attaches the invoice to the account you use next.
After you sign in, open the console. The left rail lists only paid instances. Unpaid orders do not appear there.
Remote access
Linux and Proxmox use SSH. Windows Server uses a local RDP client. This site does not offer browser VNC.
When the instance is running, the console shows the public address, the command, and the password. Those fields stay empty while the server is provisioning.
Open a ticket
If you are not signed in, the sign-in dialog opens first. If you are signed in, you land on the console ticket panel. Power actions (on / off / reboot) also create a ticket.
Use the subject for the symptom or the add-on you want changed. Do not use it to compare prices. The description needs at least 10 characters.

Invoices, renewal, and password
These live in the console sidebar. The help sections themselves do not require a sign-in:
Invoices lists paid records only. Automatic renewal opens the payment portal. Change password accepts the current password or an email code.
Where specs and prices live
The home page states the hardware. The pricing page shows the monthly rate and due by term. The configurator is where you add or remove options.
Memory is DDR4-3200 ECC RDIMM. Default storage is 2 × 1TB NVMe, each drive direct-attached, 2TB usable — not RAID-1.
