There is no discount. Due equals the monthly total times the months you prepay. 128GB annual is $449 × 12 = $5,388. 256GB annual is $599 × 12 = $7,188. Add-ons prepaid for the same number of months.

Are add-ons billed on a separate invoice?

Add-ons fold into the monthly total, then that total is prepaid for the same term as the server. One extra 2TB disk adds $79 to the monthly rate, so a quarter adds $237.

Is there a setup fee or a minimum contract?

There is no setup fee and no contract. The shortest term is monthly. Prices are in USD, excluding tax.

How do Windows Server and extra IPv4 enter the monthly rate?

Windows Server Standard is +$20 / month, Datacenter +$30 / month. Extra IPv4 is +$2 / month each. One address is included; you can add up to 255 extras. Linux and Proxmox do not add an OS charge.

Why is there no RAM upgrade or 500 Mbps bandwidth?

Memory is DDR4-3200 ECC RDIMM and cannot be upgraded after you order. Need 256GB? Choose that SKU. Bandwidth is 250 Mbps, 1 Gbps, or 2 Gbps only. There is no 500 Mbps tier and no IPv4 subnet pack.
