How to sign in to Linux over SSH
Copy the SSH command above and paste it into a terminal or PowerShell. Confirm the fingerprint on first connect, then enter the password.
How to sign in to Windows Server over RDP
On Windows open Remote Desktop (mstsc). On macOS or Linux use a compatible RDP client. Connect to the public address and port 3389. The username is Administrator.
If the machine does not respond
Submit a power-on or reboot ticket first. If you still cannot connect, open Tickets and describe the symptom. Do not compare prices in the ticket subject.
